Step by Step Guidance to Recover Data

1. Download and Install the software and then Go to Start – All Programme – Exchange BKF Recovery.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Load Button to Select BKF File and Explore BKF File Contents.
   
   
   
   
3. Select and Click on OPEN Button to Load BKF File to Software.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the BKF File and Software will Automatically Starts Loading BKF File.
   
   
   
   
5. After Completing File, A Preview all the Exchange Mailbox Store Present Inside the Exchange BKF File & You Can Quickly Explore Files in BKF & Extract Mailboxes From Exchange Backup File from the Menu as Shown Below:
   
   
   
   
6. Just Click on Extract Button on Menu to Extract and Save to all BKF File for Choose your Location.First of all Select the Mailbox Store and then Select Extract Selected From Menu to Extract and Save Selected Mailbox Store.
   
   
   
   
7. Now this Software will ask you Locate the Location to Save the File.
   
   
   
   
8. Start the Process of Extraction, Select File to Give the Below Screenshot.
   
   



9. Select the Desired Location and then OK to Start the File and Folder Extraction and After Complete the Extraction Software Preview the Following Box.
   
   



10. Choose the Destination to Save Extracted Data and Exchange BKF File.
